Fitness First's 'Lose It' Program for Summer

It's indeed summer here in the Philippines and hitting the beach is on everyone's list. Needless to say, people want to 'lose it' and have a ripped and shaped body. It is almost necessary for the figure-conscious.

While Fitness First just recently celebrated International Fitness Week, it comes with yet another program for its members.

This is where losing weight fast with Fitness First's 'Lose It' program is highlighted. While there’s no short-cut to physical health, Fitness First hastens the progress with the launch of its exclusive weight loss program, Lose It! that can help individuals lose up to 10 lbs within 4 weeks.

Lose It! is Fitness First's fitness plan aiming to help different individuals attain their short-term weight loss goals in a few weeks. With enough motivation and different exercise routines, Lose It! can help participants get that ideal shape, stay healthy, be more energized, and get back to that desired dress size.

With the introduction of Fitness First’s Lose It!, we will be able to provide people with a quick and effective work-out solution for individuals on the go.
Fitness First's Lose It! was developed by Dave Nuku - The Biggest Loser Asia Trainer for two seasons and Fitness First’s Regional Fitness Manager. It is supported further by Fitness First Regional Group Training Exercise Manager Jacqueline Wong. The program was built to work for all body types and is designed to provide access to a defined period with a clear objective.

Based on individual capabilites, Lose It! is a flexible and personal exercise plan based on the individual’s weight loss goal versus the number of times he/she can commit to going to the gym. The program highlights tailor-fitted personal weight desire and needs such as losing 10 lbs in 4 weeks.

Aside from access to the gym, the program offers a Lose It! Body guide, body journal, three one hour  one to one personal training sessions and team work out sessions. The exercises include games, plyometrics and circuit training.
