Now on its second week, the Pharmaton MVP Challenge turns to be more gruelling as participants faced new challenges in Guimaras, Iloilo.
The activities in Iloilo presented the challenges in the form of a kayak and bika race from the Trappist Monastery all the way to Raymen Resort.
I still remember when a friend and I visited the Trappist Monastery. I believe the challenges stood in total contrast with the quiet and serene province of Guimaras. :)
Day 9 is characteized by pressure and stress as the five participants go deeper into the competition.
Being seasoned athletes, they remained focused on their respective game plans.
Day 10 had swimming at the famed island resort, running from the Capitol Building to Jordan Hall, and more running late in the afternoon towards SM Iloilo, the designated pit stop.
The following day is another exploration of a new area. Swimming and running were the leg’s challenge highlights in Mindoro beforewhich the participants crossed the province of Antique for another bike and kayak race prior.
From Mindoro, the challenge continued in historic Mabini, Batangas for a water challenge - scuba diving. A round of swimming and biking followed.
The Pharmaton MVP Challenge heats up as days go by, with the five challengers Anthony Cuerpo,
TJ Isla, Benson Martinez, Popo Remigio and Monica Torres battling neck to neck for the coveted title. P500,000 awaits the ultimate MVP of the challenge while the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th placers will receive P250,000, P150,000, P100,000 and P50,000, respectively.
A unique endurance race in the Philippines, the month-long Pharmaton MVP Challenge was designed with daily mental and physical challenges for the participants as they traverse the country. The challenge is all about unleashing one’s full potential, just as Pharmaton enables one to be at his best through its potent Ginseng G11 content.
The Pharmaton MVP Challenge participants are set to conquer north of the Philippines in the next few weeks with more tough challenges.
Check out more information about the Pharmaton MVP Challenge at www.pharmatonmvp.com! I would guess this would involve mountain climbing challenges since north Luzon has multiple mountain ranges. And probably even some white water rafting; just a wild guess. :)

“All the traveling and the changes in the environment add to the pressure in the game,...The fatigue is slowly setting in but we all manage to survive the second week of the competition.” says Anthony Cuerpo.Capping Week 2 was another kayak challenge at the Acacia Resort before heading to the pit stop at Talisay, Batangas.
