With registration starting at 5:30pm, new exciting challenges are prepared for runners and fitness enthusiasts. Morover, it would be my first to participate in a running event!

Immuvit brand manager Valerie Sison shares:
“We’re calling it the Meta-Fit Run as it combines the 1-kilometer run with the fitness routines of the Meta-Fit workout program of Coach Jim Saret. It’s going to be an exciting and challenging leg as participants will be asked to go through different challenges in each of the five stations.”There will be two coaches for each station of the Meta-Fit Run, one for beginner and one for advanced. They will monitor the performance of the runners.
Coach Saret adds that incorporating the fitness routines to the usual running workout will help in producing somatotropin that aid in the process of growth and maintaining key body functions.
“Run Against Time started last August to educate people in their somatpause age (late 20s and mid-30s) on how to proactively deal with somatopause and its effects. The third leg is definitely going to be more interesting because of the Meta-Fit Run,” says Sison.Similar to the previous legs, a short lecture by Saret will follow the running event on how we can proactively manage the physiological and physical changes of aging.
Coach Jim Saret will demonstrate and discuss further the Meta-Fit program, which has been known to trigger the release of somatotropin, a growth hormone whose decline is directly related to the changes effected by somatopause.
“Meta-Fit is designed to help your own body produce its own natural growth hormones,” says Saret.
