Unilab Readies for Run United For Wellness

Running events are at its peak specially this summer and Unilab is joining the bandwagon for health with focus on the family as they organize 'Run United for Wellness' at Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig on March 7.

Unilab Run United for Wellness is a health and wellness event for the family with running as the core activity. Running categories include 3 km, 5 km, 10km, and 21 km for adults. There will also be a 500-meter dash for kids as parents get their children started into a lifestyle of fitness.

During the event, family members can have free consultations with running coaches and fitness experts at the Unilab Wellness Village. The activities would be divided into different health zones such as Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Seniors’ Health, and General Adults’ Health. it aims to cater to the specific needs of each family member.

Runners and their families can register online at www.unilabwellnessevents.com.ph until Feb. 15 or through in-store registration at Runnr store at Bonifacio High Street, New Balance branches at Shangri-La and Glorietta, Planetsports outlets in Trinoma, Alabang Town Center, and Rockwell from Jan 30 to Feb. 21.

 From Feb. 22 to 28, registration is only at Planetsports Trinoma and Runnr store at Bonifacio High Street,Taguig.

Registered participants can get 20% off on New Balance items. Top finishers will win cash prizes, Unilab gift packs, and New Balance gift certificates worth P5,000. Finishers in the 21 km category will receive a finisher’s medal. The first 1,000 finishers in the 21K can also bring home a finisher’s shirt.
