Part of the show called "Action Attack Philippines", Roxas Boulevard in Makati was the venue for a spectacular stunt show on Monday. New Zealand’s Rhys Millen, one of the dominating drivers of the U.S. Drifting series Formula D, showed off his abilities with his 350-horsepower strong Nissan sports car. With his tires smoking and squealing, the 39-year-old motorsports hero drifted through a row of Jeepneys – to the delight of his passengers.

It was staged by the world’s biggest energy drink Red Bull in conjunction with their entry into the Philippines’ market. Further spectacular sports activities that are part of the festivities will be taking place in and around Manila in the days ahead.
