McHappy Day Fun Run for RMHC’s ‘Bright Minds Read’ Program - Join Now!

The McHappy Day Fun Run is for families, friends and running enthusiasts! And all the while helping thousands of kids learn to read. Join McDonald’s as they celebrates McHappy Day this November 28 at the Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City.

The McHappy Day Fun Run is a special run whose objective is to raise P1 million for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), McDonald’s charity of choice and its banner program, Bright Minds Read (BMR).

For only P350 (individuals) or a discounted rate of P1,250 for a group of four, participants can run the race of their choice- 3K (individual and family category), 5K, 10K or the 500 meter dash for kids 7 years old and below. A sports fun run to be anticipated!

To qualify for the family category in the 3K distance, the group/family should be composed of 2 Adults regardless of gender and two Kids 12 years and below.

The fun run will also feature games, prizes and other exciting surprises for the whole family to enjoy.

In partnership with the Department of Education, Bright Minds Read is a program that provides reading toolkits to different public schools all over the country to help grade 1 students learn beginning reading. It has over 2,600 public schools nationwide to date which are under the BMR program.
